At a family party, kids want in on the coffee cart too. Hot chocolate is on our menu, so the youngest guests get their own drink from the cart while parents order lattes.

Branding is what turns a holiday coffee bar into something guests photograph and talk about later. Here's what we can customize:

At arrival, a warm drink gives people something to hold while they find their coworkers or cousins, and it takes the edge off the first half hour. It works especially well for daytime office parties and anything that starts right after work.
With dessert, the coffee bar pairs with sweets and affogato, and a hot drink before the drive home on a winter night is always welcome.
If you can't choose, run the cart from arrival through dessert. For a two- to three-hour window, plan roughly 1 to 1.5 drinks per guest, and more if the party is in the morning.

How early should you book a holiday party coffee cart?
As early as you can. The first three weeks of December tend to be the busiest stretch of holiday party season for event vendors, and the Fridays and Saturdays before Christmas usually go first.
If you want custom cups, printed latte art, or a cart wrap, build in extra time for artwork. Your guest count doesn't need to be final, either. A date, a venue, and a rough headcount are enough for a quote, and we reply within a few hours.
