Before the Event — We arrive 45 minutes before your service window. We unload, set up the cart, dial in the espresso, and prep all ingredients. Setup is quiet and efficient — we won't disrupt any meetings or presentations happening nearby.
During Service — Our baristas are professional, friendly, and fast. They greet every guest, explain the menu, and make each drink to order. For corporate coffee catering in Indianapolis and Bloomington, we typically serve 60-70 drinks per hour with a single cart setup.
After the Event — When service ends, we break down and clean up within 30 minutes. All trash, supplies, and equipment leave with us. Your space looks the same as it did before we arrived — or better.
